You drive to the port, a porter takes your suitcase from your boot, and the next time you see it, it’s in your cabin. Your holiday starts the second you step out of the car.
Departure Ports: Southampton is the big one, but don’t ignore the regional gems: Liverpool, Newcastle, Rosyth (Edinburgh), Bristol (Avonmouth), and London Tilbury.
